Born in Meizhou

古義兄，約1350年出生於梅州。古銘祐之長子，遷居中山石溪。他是一名醫生。Gu2 Yu4 Bao2, was born around 1350 AD in Meizhou. He was the eldest son of Gu2 Ming4 You6 and later moved to Sek6 Kai1 in Jung1 Saan1. He was a doctor.

 

Born in Jungsaan

古瑜保公,號隱文, 義兄公次子也. Master Gu2 Yu4 Bau2, courtesy name Yan2 Man4, was the second son of Gu2 Yi6 Hing1.  生於洪武二十八年乙亥  He was born in the reign of Ming Emperor Hongwu, 28th year Yi Hai ganzhi 1395 AD.

卒於景泰三年壬申. He died in the reign of Ming Emperor Jing Taai, 3rd year Ren Shen ganzhi 1452  AD.

壽五十八歲.   Age 58.

 

1st Generation Born in Najau

由新會縣(今改爲鶴山縣)古勞鄉始遷居香山縣恭常都那洲鄉是爲那洲.  They first moved from Gulao Township, Xinhui County (now Heshan County) to Nazhou Township, Gongchangdu, Xiangshan County, which became known as Nazhou. His son, 古宗亮Gu2 Jung1 Leung6, was born in Najau (那洲) in 1425.

 

那洲村村名始見於嘉靖 (1521-1528)《香山縣志》。村落聚落在那洲林場以南，呈塊狀分佈。The name of Nazhou Village first appeared in Emperor Jiajing's "Xiangshan County Chronicle" in  1521.
